We branded the 10 Farnsworth property, a one-of-a-kind luxury residential development using a unique and untraditional approach. Located in a hot “up-and-coming” part of Boston, 10 Farnsworth was positioned as the culmination of a rich and interesting history of the Fort Point neighborhood.

We concepted, designed, photographed and wrote a 130 page, limited run, hard cover book to be given to exclusive prospects. The book uniquely romances the neighborhood in a fun voice while artfully detailing aspects of the property itself. A fresh approach to an established industry sales tool.
