The Concept

We branded the 10 Farnsworth property, a one-of-a-kind luxury residential development using a unique and untraditional approach. Located in a hot “up-and-coming” part of Boston, 10 Farnsworth was positioned as the culmination of a rich and interesting history of the Fort Point neighborhood.

  • Branded materials were created to be a fun letter to the neighborhood and the property. We concepted, designed, photographed and wrote a 130 page, limited run, hard cover book to be given to exclusive prospects. The book uniquely romances the neighborhood in a fun voice while artfully detailing aspects of the property itself. A fresh approach to an established industry sales tool.

The Challenge

How do you differentiate and create desire for 9 ultra-luxury condos in a hot "up-and-coming" neighborhood?

The Solution

We created branded materials that were a love letter to the neighborhood and the property. We concepted, designed, photographed and wrote a 130 page, limited run, hard cover book. The book uniquely romances the neighborhood while artfully detailing aspects of the property itself. A fresh approach to an established industry sales tool. Using the power of exclusivity, the limited run books were used as a broker sales tool and were only given to a select number of brokers and prospective clients.

All materials produced (broker collateral, website, mobile site, sales center) were imbued with this same branded look and feel reminiscent of the historically landmarked area of Fort Point, Boston with a modern sensibility and twist.

The Result

We have generated a lot of buzz and intrigue around the property resulting in sales inquiries of the 9 luxury units as planned.
