The Challenge

How do you launch and sell a multi-million dollar product? Our challenge was to brand, position and launch the PIER 4 ultra luxury real estate property in a differentiated way in a highly competitive market.

The Solution

We recently launched a campaign teasing the PIER 4 lifestyle that will soon be available to a very select few. The campaign highlights this unique lifestyle with compelling photography and a unique voice.
