Our multi-layered integrated branding and marketing campaign consisting of branding, brand strategy, photoshoots, signage, social content, out of home, website, sales center, brochures and hundreds of e-blasts and digital executions are all about reflecting a unique Seaport water lifestyle at Pier 4. We have built launched and activated the brand for the past 4 years in a highly competitive market and is nearly sold out, meeting projected goals! The Challenge

How do you launch and sell a multi-million dollar product? Our challenge was to brand, position and launch the PIER 4 ultra luxury real estate property in a differentiated way in a highly competitive market.

The Solution

We recently launched a campaign teasing the PIER 4 lifestyle that will soon be available to a very select few. The campaign highlights this unique lifestyle with compelling photography and a unique voice.
